Harris HP742 CGA 346 USP Air Regulator
The Harris HP742 is a two-stage stainless steel regulator with a CGA 346 inlet for medical-grade (USP) air. Its 316L stainless steel body and diaphragm suit grade 6.0 gases and applications where either the internal gas or the external environment is harsh or corrosive. Gas service: CGA 346
CGA 346 is used only for USP (medical grade) air and breathing air. For industrial or zero air, which uses CGA 590, choose the CGA 590 version instead. The Harris HP742 is the stainless choice for medical grade air in corrosive or harsh surroundings.

- Bonnet: nickel-plated brass barstock
- 1-11/16″ 316L stainless steel diaphragm
- High purity PTFE seals and valve seats; seat protected by a 10 micron sintered stainless steel inlet filter
- Inboard helium leak rate 1×10-9 cc/sec
- 2″ dual-scale stainless steel gauges (psi/bar)
- Outlet pressure: selectable 0-15, 0-50, 0-125, 0-250 or 0-500 psig (choose above); the 0-125 psig range has a 30″Hg vacuum to 200 psi outlet gauge
- Maximum inlet pressure 3000 psig
- Flow coefficient Cv 0.06; delivery changes only about 0.05 psig per 100 psig drop in cylinder pressure
- Purity: grade 6.0 (99.9999%) and higher, plus corrosive gases
- Pipe thread outlet port (FNPT) with outlet valve included: 1/4″ FNPT diaphragm valve
- Relief valve is not standard on the HP742 (Harris option 4); ask us if your system needs one
