Harris HP702 Regulator, Built for Your Gas (CGA Specified at Quote)
The Harris HP702 is a two-stage high purity regulator (up to grade 5.0). Tell us your gas and we will supply the correct CGA inlet. Delivery ranges 0-15, 0-50, 0-125 and 0-250 psig are available from Harris.

- Two-stage design, chrome-plated brass body (Harris now builds the HP702 in nickel-plated brass)
- 2-1/8″ 302 stainless steel diaphragm, no neoprene diaphragms
- PTFE seat and seals; seat protected by a 10 micron sintered inlet filter
- External relief valve, standard on the HP702
- Inboard helium leak rate 1×10-8 cc/sec
- 2″ dual-scale gauges
- Maximum inlet pressure 3000 psig, except CGA 300 and 510 versions, which have a 400 psig inlet gauge
- Flow coefficient Cv 0.15; delivery changes only about 0.04 psig per 100 psig drop in cylinder pressure
- Purity: high purity up to grade 5.0 (99.999%)
- Outlet: pipe thread outlet fitting with 1/4″ MNPT needle valve
