What We Will Need to Know If You Call In Order

  1. Your Shipping address

  2. Method of Payment - Visa-Mastercard, Purchase order Number (US University Only for orders over $1000 -  A 5% account set up fee for net/30 credit extension terms will be applied)  We prefer the use of credit cards since it keeps our paperwork to a minimum.

  3. Part Number if listed on the Web Site - or good description of item

  4. The gas you intend to use the regulator with or the desired CGA inlet connection

  5. Your desired outlet fitting (Compression fitting, hose barb, pipe thread, etc.)

  6. Your desired delivery pressure

  7. How  you want it shipped

 

Delivery and Return Terms

  1. Minimum order amount is $25.00

  2. All orders will have freight charges from Suwanee, GA - We ship UPS ground - Shopping basket freight estimates will be adjusted to actual freight charges at time of shipping.  Multiple item orders will be shipped as one item and freight charges adjusted accordingly.  If freight will be greater than the estimate, we will call you for your approval prior to shipping the order.

  3. Returns are allowed as long as the equipment is unused and in the original packages

  4. All manufacturers warranties apply - We will repair or exchange defective equipment ASAP
